1)Trial period is 28 days from date of mailing.
2)We charge you the full retail price of the items plus postage
which can vary from £3.40 to £9 depending on the weight
of the item. We charge only the actual cost of mailing. The cost
of mailing the item to you will be detailed on the invoice sent
with the item
3)If returning the item, send by insured mail or insured parcel
force delivery and retain the posting receipt in case of loss or
damage
4)On receipt of the item, we will within 3 days credit your account
for the full retail value charged but excluding the mailing cost.
5)We can only deliver to the address your credit card / debit card
