SS800 D and SS800 MKII Speaker Cable

This cable is identical to the SS-1000-D except that it has 12 gauge instead of 10 gauge conductors. Twelve gauge, however, is as large as most any other high-end cable. SS800 Biwire 10.10 and they arrived. When I unwrapped my wife said "They look nice!" I was gobsmacked. She hates anything to do with Hi Fi, but yes they do look superb. I've never had a shielded speaker cable nor ones with a locking banana. Tuck nicely down the back of the carpet and are not too noticable. So far, so good. Turned on and .........brilliant. I was expecting a thick top end as the cables are so sturdy. No way - delicate and NO booming bass. Wonderful. This is from cold!! Early days yet. Can't wait for the full 'burnt in' sound.

SS 800 and SS800 MKII Bi-wire Speaker Cable

This cable is a four conductor cable constructed by using the same concept and materials used in the SS-800 and SS-1000. The four silver clad Teflon insulated conductors are 12 gauge which is unusually large for bi-wire Cables, and is, of course, extremely beneficial. This is an excellent value for its price, especially considering that it achieves the same performance as competitive and far more costly products.
